Vadim V.Andronov was born on the 4 March, 1966 in the Lugovaya village (Dmitrovskiy District of Moscow Region).

Education.

After finishing school in Dolgoprudniy Town (Moscow Region) in 1983 V.Andronov entered the Moscow Institute of Physics and Techniques (MIPT). In 1989 he graduated from it and got a qualification of a physicist-engineer.

For enhancing his skills in 1991 he studied in the courses of commercial, currency and legal guaranteeing of the external economic activities of the Information Center “Korinf” with the participation of the Diplomatic Academy of MFA of the USSR.

In 2000 V.Andronov graduated from the Russian New University specializing in “Finance and Credit” and got a qualification of an economist.

In 2001 he graduated from the Academic Law University under the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences and got a juridical education.

On the 22 of February, 2001 V.Andronov was elected as a member of the International Academy of Informatization and in 2002 he was granted a Candidate’s degree in economics. At present he is working at a Doctor’s dissertation in Economics and state management. Mr. Andronov is an author of three monographs and a number of scientific notes.

Institute Groups and Komsomol.

While studying in the MIPT V.Andronov was more than once chosen as a leader of student construction groups. He was elected as a secretary of L.Y.C.L.S.U. (Leninist Young Communist League of the Soviet Union) of Management and Applied Mathematics Faculty, as an assistant secretary in working education and SGGs of the Komsomol committee of the institute. Besides he was elected as the secretary of the Komsomol Community of the institute.

Scientific Activities.

From September 1996 till January 2002 V.Andronov worked as a senior teacher, Assistant Professor of the Non-State Educational Institution called The Russian New University. From January 1999 till 2000 he worked there as a deputy director in the Law Problems Center, and from February 2000 till December 2001 – as an acting director of this Fund (pluralistically).

Since December, 2000 V.Andronov has been working as a Senior Research Assistant of the Institute of Economic Analysis and Examination PJ-SC SPA (public joint-stock corporation scientific production association) “Economics” (pluralistically)

Work Experience.

During 1987-1989 V.Andronov worked as a junior researcher in the Institute of Design Automation AS (Academy of Sciences) of the USSR, under the lead of Academician O.M. Belotserkovskiy. During 1990-1991 he worked as a deputy director of research and production union of the MIPT; during 1991-1992 – as a financial director of “Apiko” company.

During 1992-1993 V.Andronov was head of Accounting and Book-Keeping Department of Joint-Stock Bank “TverUniversalBank” (Moscow Branch).

From 1993 till 1996 he was Deputy Chairman, then the Chairman of J-SCB “Russian Rational Bank”.

From 1996 till 2003 Mr. Andronov was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of J-SCB “Prominvestbank”.

In the period from 1996 till 2003 he worked as a general director of PJ-SC (public joint-stock corporation) “State-Joint-Stock Complex of the Industrial and Consumer Goods and Services - “Tonar” Corporation.

From 1999 till 2003 V.Andronov was elected as the Chairman of the board of directors of the petrochemical plant “Stavropolpolimerproduct”. In 1994 he organized a network of dry-cleaners’ and laundries’ companies “Eurochistka”.

Public work.

In 2000 V.Andronov worked (pluralistically) as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Fund for Mutual Understanding and Reconciliation under the Government of RF. This Fund realized the government program of payments to persons subjected by Nazi repressions.

In 2002 he became the head of “Joint support program of Moscow region’s pensioners” directed to compensation for the citizens who lost their investments in the so-called ‘financial pyramids”.

From 2001 till 2004 V.Andronov was Chairman of the Trustee Fund of the Moscow Regional Beneficial Fund “Special Children”(children-invalids).
In 2004 he established a non-commercial organization called “The Andronov’s Fund” to rend assistance for unprotected categories of residents of Moscow region and Russia.

Since September 2004 V.Andronov is Vice-President of the Moscow Province Regional Public Fund which supports the All-Russian Party ‘Edinaya Russiya”. .

State Service.

In December 2001 V.Andronov was elected as a delegate of the Moscow Regional Duma of the 6th voting district (Dolgoprudniy).

The voting district consists of Dolgoprudniy as a center as well as parts of Khimkinskiy and Krasnogorskiy regions of Moscow province.

There is a delegate’s waiting room in each municipal constitution of the voting district which is lead by an assistant delegate of the Moscow Regional Duma.

Besides nowadays V.Andronov is also working as a Deputy of the General Director of PJ-SC (public joint-stock corporation) “SG-Trans”, one of the biggest liquefied gas transportation companies..

Membership in parties and social organizations.

V.Andronov is a member of the All-Russian Party “Edinaya Russia”.

Since 2001 he is a member of the Russian Union of Industrialists.

Since 2000 - Member of the Journalists’ Union.

Member of the Aviation fancy club of Russia. Manager of one of the Aero clubs near Moscow. Member of the Russian Federation of Parachute sport.

Member of the Russian Federation of Equestrian sport.

In 1988 V.Andronov got a qualification of an underwater swimmer of the Federation of Underwater sport DOSAAF USSR.

Awards and Gratitudes

In 1995 V.Andronov was awarded with an anniversary medal “50 years of the victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945”.

In 1996 he was awarded with the Zhukov Medal (the decree of the President of Russian Federation of February 19, 1996), in 1997 - with a medal “850 years of Moscow foundation” (the decree of the President of Russian Federation of February 19, 1996).

In 2001 V.Andronov was awarded by Moscow and All-Russian patriarchy with an order of the Russian Orthodox Church after Sergey Radonezhskiy of the second degree.

In 2001 he was awarded with a first-degree diploma and a medal of the prize-winner of All-Russian contest “Russia’s faithful sons” due to the 60 anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945.
On the 10 December 2003 he was awarded with an anniversary medal of the Moscow Regional Duma “10 years of Moscow Regional Duma”.

Family

V.Andronov is married and has four children.
